Modular facilities for car dealers Renocar

Our task was to design and build a modular building with a flat roof for Renocar a.s., a renowned car dealer. The assignment combined a representative function with practical operation – the building needs to include a space for presenting and handing over cars, administrative facilities, offices, a meeting room, a kitchenette, and sanitary facilities. The required usable area of the building was at least 130 m².

We provided complete project documentation for the building permit, then carried out the construction itself, including the foundation, connections to public utilities, and landscaping.

We designed the exterior and interior in accordance with the architectural design provided by a client. The facade is clad with white Cembonit fiber cement panels. The interior has an elegant and airy feel, dominated by gray surfaces combined with glass in thin stainless steel frames.

We equipped the building with electric floor heating with carbon heating foil and air conditioning for comfort in the summer months.
