2.5blokki home T

A few years ago, the couple bought an old cottage on a smaller sloping plot of land in a beautiful recreational area near the confluence of the Sázava and Vltava rivers. They demolished the cottage but kept the old sturdy cellar. They had a modern cabin built on top of it from three shipping containers, a type called 2.5blokki home T. The layout corresponds to the standard design. Customer changes included rotating the layout by 180 degrees and adding and enlarging selected windows. The construction has a built-up area of 100 m², a living area of 80.6 m² (including the roofed terrace), and an interior layout of a 3-room apartment. The facade is decorated with Siberian larch wood. The interior walls are covered with spruce paneling. The heating is a combination of electric underfloor heating and a fireplace.
